Our instructors are certified and have an abundance of experience and knowledge to accommodate all levels from beginners to advanced. As a collective we will move and breathe, shifting and releasing the suffering we encounter daily in the physical and psychological form. After each class you will leave feeling healthier and with a new awareness of the mind and body.
Yoga Classes we offer:

The human organism is a complex set of frequencies that create electro-matic or energy fields. When we listen to singing bowls, the vibrations created can shift the vibrations within oneself. The body and the brain waves synchronized with the external sound encouraging the body into a state of deep relation.
