Qigong or Chi Kung is a powerful exercise that has been practiced for centuries by millions of Chinese people. It is based on repetitions of select movements designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Qigong aims to facilitate the movement of Qi (energy) throughout the body. Qigong increases the flow of Qi by opening gates and widening energy channels.
